3）Purchase autoclave is a long investment, if your clinique will go on 3-5 years,you’d better buy a large one, the hospital which have 10pcs dental chait, It is better buy a large and small one.
6、The process of sterilizing
Clean outer → ultrasonic clean → cap package bag →high temperature sterilize →store

Assemble and Use
Use the machine in the aeration enviroment, the crust mustn’t jam with anything. The space around the machine is 15cm, there are 20cm from the top. Please put the sterilizer on the lever table.
Before using the autoclave,you should study the simple guidelines first.
1、 first step:Join power line and drainpipe, add distilled water
Attention:
* The sterilizer’s heated element is high-power induction loop,when it is working,it will bring the higher inductance,so the electrical outlet must have secure grounding.
*Because the drainpipe is vent-pipe at the same time,so it must be buttoned.And must button up the waterspout.The gas that is vented has higher temperature,so it should be let in safe sewer or the vassel which is closed comparatively,lest penetrated in the room or scald somebody.The vent-pipe mustn’t be vent.
* The water must be distilled water.
If you collect waste water which be let by waste water tank,the drainpipe don’t dip in waste water,lest the waste water is absorbed in sterilizer by atmospheric pressure.
2、rn on the power,the sterilizer willraise the alarm,to tell you that it is short of water.Please press the add water key,the sterilizer will fill water in the water tank automatic.The water tank cubage is 2 lister, so you prepare the distilled water more than 2 lister.
3、ease press the open key,open the door,and put the goods on the plate.Please don’t sterilize without plate, if that will damage the dental pieces and also the manchine can’t work.
4、ess the door into the sterilizer for two seconds, the door will be locked automatically.
1）oose the sterilize program which you need, press the start key,then all will run automatically.
2） you have interest in and have enough time, you can observe the screen and will see the phase of sterilizing, state, correlative temperature,pressure,time and so on..
3）e in the process of sterilizing, if some data is error, the program will stop and tell you the error where or which was wrong.
4）anwhile after work, the printer(matching) will print the data of the sterilizing.
Attention:
Attention: Must use the clamp to take the plates out from the sterilizer to prevent scaled. You would better take the plates out after the temperature is get down.
